VIRTUAL TRAINING

I continue to offer private instruction via FaceTime or Zoom for those who aren't ready to work in person or who aren't nearby. Our sessions address your general fitness goals as well as condition-specific training and support for injury rehabilitation. Sessions are 55 minutes long in the comfort of your home. We will make use of whatever equipment and props you have available to you. Most clients establish regular once or twice weekly appointment times for ongoing self-care. We have been amazed at how much we are able to accomplish together in this virtual format!​
