Private Instruction

 

I continue to offer private instruction via FaceTime or Zoom during Shelter-in-Place. Most clients establish regular once or twice weekly appointment times for ongoing self-care. Please contact me directly to discuss scheduling.

Group Mat Classes - via Zoom

 

All classes are pay-what-you can, $0-$25 sliding scale.

Suitable for all levels and body types, we will explore mobility and stability exercises in each plane of movement, with lots of emphasis on breath and ease of motion. You will finish each session feeling longer, stronger, and more integrated.

Sundays, 10-11am

Open-level Pilates on the Roll

For this class you'll want a mat and a foam roller, 36" or longer. We will incorporate stability and mobility through all the planes of movement in addition to myofascial release on the foam roller.

This class is self-hosted. Zoom links provided by email. Payment can be sent via PayPal (friends & family) to jessica@wingspanmovement.com.

Wednesdays, 9-10am

Open-level Pilates Mat

You'll need a mat and occasionally a bath towel, a strap or belt, and counter space or some other hand-hold for standing work.

Wednesdays, 12-12:45pm

Teen Pilates Mat

Just you and the mat! This class is geared toward young dancers wanting to develop core strength and flexibility in support of their movement practices.

Fridays, 9-10am

Open-level Pilates Mat

You'll need a mat and occasionally a bath towel, a strap or belt, and space to stand with something to hold for balance.
